#Project 127 Smart Home Living Lab

The Smart Home Living Lab will explore how existing homes can be systematically adapted to support future models of living with a disability or ageing-at-home and community care.

Located next to the Holmesglen Moorabbin campus, the project will transform a suburban house into a demonstration, education and research facility integrating innovative design, assistive technologies and digital learning tools. The Living Lab will support workforce training, community engagement and applied research while developing scalable housing solutions that help older Australians maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life in their own homes.
