
Rozi Karimi
Rozi is a researcher and Monash University PhD candidate, originally from Iran.
Her research focuses on improving team performance with an examination of team feedback and culture through new digital solutions. Using social media for project management has not been widely studied. Rozi’s research enhances the current understanding of how social media cultural practices can affect team feedback and performance on construction sites. It investigates whether social media improves performance among project teams.
She was also a research assistant on Building 4.0 CRC project #6 (scoping project) in 2021, working in collaboration with Dr Yihai Fang and Dr Robert Moehler.
