Dr Rozi Karimi
Originally from Iran, Rozi undertook her PhD at Monash University.
Her research focused on improving team performance with an examination of team feedback and culture through new digital solutions. Using social media for project management has not been widely studied. Rozi’s research enhanced the current understanding of how social media cultural practices can affect team feedback and performance on construction sites. It investigated whether social media improves performance among project teams.
She was also a research assistant on Building 4.0 CRC project #6 (scoping project) in 2021, working in collaboration with Dr Yihai Fang and Dr Robert Moehler.
PhD Start and End Dates
Rozi received her PhD in January 2026. She is a Project Manager with the Victorian Department of Health.
