CFO and Company Secretary Lisa Norden

Lisa has over 30 years of financial experience in industry and not-for-profit organisations. She has spent a good part of her career working with CRCs in the roles of CFO and Company Secretary. She has a Bachelor of Business, is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), and has an Australian Chartered Secretaries Corporate Governance Graduate Diploma and an Australian Institute of Company Directors Course Diploma.

Lisa is an executive director of AuScope Ltd who partner leading national research groups to deliver world-class research tools, data and analytics to researchers. Lisa is the Company Secretary for the Victorian Traditional Owners Fund Ltd who manage trust funds for native title settlement monies on behalf of traditional owner groups.
