Procurement and Contracts Ilsa Kuiper

Ilsa is currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Melbourne to develop public procurement policy options relating to building information modelling (BIM) and infrastructure projects. Prior to the research, Ilsa worked as a construction lawyer advising government and private clients on project related matters, contracts and disputes. Before joining the legal profession, she worked as a qualified civil engineer in the engineering and environmental consulting industry. She has also contributed in the delivery of the Masters of Construction Law subjects at the University of Melbourne Law School, including Planning and Building Sustainable Cities – the Legal Interface and Public Private Partnership (PPP) Law.
