Robert Moehler is holding the position of Senior Lecturer of Engineering Project Management at The University of Melbourne, Robert brings forth a rich tapestry of knowledge and expertise from both his research and teaching endeavours in Project Management and Business Model Innovation. His prior academic tenure includes serving as a lecturer at Monash University and Northumbria University, UK, along with co-directing the cross-faculty Master of Project Leadership and Master of Project Management at Monash University.


A firm believer in fostering innovation through cross-collaboration, Robert has led a multitude of impactful research projects. Many of these were aimed at understanding the dynamics of start-up and tech-cluster innovation processes and various project delivery modes. These projects were made possible through funding from industry and government sources, reaffirming their relevance and potential impact.
Currently, as a Principal Investigator at Building 4.0 CRC, he dedicates his expertise to the exploration and understanding of business model innovation within the building industry. His goal is to drive forward the conversation on modernizing industry practices and improving both project outcomes and profitability.
