Complex Systems Modelling Dr Behzad Rismanchi

Behzad is a professional member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust); a Certified Energy ‎Manager (CEM) and Green Star^® Accredited Professional (GSAP); and a Certified Measurement & ‎Verification Professional (CMVP^®) with more than 10 years’ experience in design, optimisation and ‎research in building energy and HVAC systems. He is particularly skilled in energy management ‎systems, complex system modelling, indoor air quality, internet of things (IoT) and computational ‎fluid dynamics.

As an energy consultant in industry, he was involved in several national and ‎international projects in Australia, Malaysia, Dubai and Indonesia. ‎Behzad is currently a Lecturer in Building Energy at the Department of Infrastructure Engineering of the ‎University of Melbourne. He teaches subjects such as “Energy Efficiency Technologies” and ‎‎“Energy for Sustainable Development” where he trains the next generation of critical thinkers and ‎professional Engineers.
