Built Offsite attended the Building 4.0 CRC Annual Showcase and Forum 2024, and interviewed 2 of the exhibitors about prefabricated solutions to modern housing challenges:

• Jas Johnson, CEO and co-founder of Candour, a group of architects who, after testing many different systems and approaches to delivering better buildings, created their own panelised prefabrication system that breaks buildings down into building components
• Mark Davies, CEO of SPACECUBE, a company that can build a modular home in 2 days, giving people in disaster-affected areas somewhere to live while they get back on their feet.
