Dr Lyndall Bryant
Dr Lyndall Bryant is a Senior Lecturer in Property Economics at the School of Economics and Finance at QUT. Her career spans 20+ years in senior executive roles in the housing, finance and property development sectors as well as over a decade in academia. She offers a unique and comprehensive perspective on the forces shaping housing markets and urban development.
Her research, at the intersection of finance, economics, infrastructure, and property values, provides critical insights for policymakers. She has been part of academic research teams with fundings totalling over $1.5M, from Building 4.0 CRC, Queensland Government, Australian Government, Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI) and Property Council of Australia.
She is chair of the QUT Housing Researchers Network, and lead of the Housing Security Research Group in the QUT Centre for Justice.
