Tanghan Jiang

Tanghan Jiang, originally from China, is a driven PhD candidate at Monash University with a strong focus on leveraging emerging technologies like VR (Virtual Reality) and EEG (electroencephalogram) to improve safety management in the construction industry. As a former research assistant on the trailblazing ‘Building 4.0’ CRC Project #33 (2022-2023), she has experience in remote inspection and close collaborations with esteemed researchers such as Dr Yihai Fang, Dr Eric Windholz, and Dr Kourosh Khoshelham. With a passionate curiosity and commitment to innovation, she aims to push the boundaries of technology to enhance crane safety, demonstrating the exciting potential of technology in the construction sector.
