Pascale has over 12-years experience in senior governance, board and executive support roles, with a focus on implementing and maintaining good governance practices and increasing business efficiency and processes at the board and executive level.

Pascale was previously the Company Secretary for Neurosciences Victoria and has held various governance advisory and executive assistant roles in the not-for-profit sector and State and Federal Government sectors.
